thursday I have a buzznet photoshoot with Semi Precious Weapons in brooklyn should be fun.. have no idea what im gonna wear.

saturday is the cult of cherry release at work.. we have over 100 appoinments booked for a two day spand at mac ugh.. should be chaos. there will be cherry pit served and full housewife attire haha.

sunday going to bretts to talk hair for the tattoo cover shoot. I was thinking something like one of these.. but i cant decide .. i really want something 1940's theme.

Oliver made me a custom corset /lingerie with 120$ worth of swarovski crystals for it .. i cant wait.. too bad it wont hit stores for 4 months after i shoot! ugh il have to def get alot of backstage footage for you guys.

the end of the month im off to boston for a two day paid shoot.I hate traveling alone.. i get lonely :(

All week im working on getting this website promo stuff together. so hopfully one week . fingers crossed.

and as for my t shirt we are going to print the first few shirts next week.. and do a shoot with some models. and start taking orders.

ALUMNI will be having a launch party featuring jimi and I first week of october we think.. we are still in the works.. but it is coming together;D so stay tuned and start planning your outfit.

Where to start. Ive had some things on my mind about myself.. I am my own worst enemie.Im so critical to the point where I dont want to do things out of fear I wont do them as well as i hoped.I need to grow out of this,And start doing without regret or fear that I wont meet MY OWN standards. It always wasnt like this.I miss being so carless and free.Carless and free got so many bridges burned though.. is it my temper or little patience?My problem is if things dont go my way ..or if someone fucks me over just once Or if i feel theatened I will SNAP. And than a week later I always regret it. Weather I was right or wrong.I just always feel like so many people take advantage of me that my guard is TOO up now. Way too up.Everyone always wants something from you. They will use you for what they want ,and thats all they care about.I guess its up to me how i HANDLE it. And thats what I need to learn bottom line.

In other news... my friend kim just moved here and i gotta show her around the city tomorrow..shes an alien from florida. and knows nothing I gotta show her the ways of NYC.

This week Jimi and I are looking at an apt.. im already ebay'ing tiki torches for the deck in the back yard so i hope I like it.

than were off to PHILLY warped tour.. im wearing a prom dress each day of warped tour in a different color.I never went to my prom so im going to make my own..

something Good always happens.. Than something very bad always has to happen. its the way the universe works. I also feel everything happens for a reason though. I hope thats true. I want a big house with a white fence and pink shutters,a tree with a swing , and black dishes. one day maybe one day. seems so far away. :( I like to blog get out my feeling and what im thinking.its public ,i can get feedback from you guys and sometimes it does make me feel better. I feel like my head is going to explode lately i have too much on my plate and sometimes i just feel like its all falling apart.. something amazing happens and it always has to follow with the worst. what is this pattern? Good friends are hard to come by i feel like everyone is the same.I havnt met someone different yet in my 20 years of living. everyone has alternative motives.and everyone is out for themselves.its a rat race to the finish. just needed to vent. Warped tour is coming up im going to two dates only ..dont got the time to go to the rest. friday philly. sunday scranton. ill have some stuff to sell so just come see me and ask me. no signing time for me im just gonna go and hang out and watch bands i dont think ive ever done that ..! i took my dress to the tailors for warped tour.. prom dresses everyday. maybe it will cheer my spirit. going somewhere as if it were my prom.. i never went to mine.

I went to my cover casting today for a tattoo magazine and I got it! yayy im so happy right now. we shoot in the beginning of next month..but it wont be out for 4 months:( but it will be available everywhere ! woo hoo..

 

so i get to think of some cool ideas and concepts for the shoot.. what do you guys think the cover should look like? hair ?make up? clothing?..backround? theme?

The other night my roomate and I had a makeup job for some music video ..it went from 11pm to 11am! ahh crazy..they told us we would be doing 9 people and we ended up doing all the extras also..ugh too many people.. we had to call in renforcments to help us out.

friday im gonna go pick up my costumes and other fun stuff its been all sitting at a friends house forever.easier than paying for storage .so im gonna go grab it all finally and ebay some stuff next week.i dont wear any of these costumes anymore so why not.

tuesday i have a makeup job with my roomate doing 9 video girls makeup for a music video from 11 pm to 11 am! crazy hours ugh:(

than i have work at mac the next day at 11 30 am hahah.. umm. dont know how thats gonna happen.

saturday my girl sarah and the boys ultraviolet come in to town were gonna go watch them at webster hall.. i love her.. and im recording with them sunday if my throat will stop being sore damn humidity!

warped tour seems so far away..dunno if i wanna do a signing this year i think i wanna go hang out with my friends for once. and watch bands i never get to do that.

other than that my hairs too dark im trying to lighten it and wash the dye out right now.. boo.

Ive been so random lately..

went to the city with manny and kim the other day we were walking around in the heat all day..bored ..9pm rolls around and everything was closed..so we didnt have anything to do..went to the biggest eyelash supplier in nyc.

I came up with the brilliant idea to go get a tattoo.haha I had no idea what i was gonna get.. it was between doll on my lip..a hot dog on my wrist..a chanel logo on my lip..or some cursive words..

needless to say this is what i got i like it.. the guy said my lip was so big he could tattoo a paragragh on there haha.

eh true.

 

shooting with River Clark next week.. his type of photograghy is completly different from what I do.. its more.."raw".

im gonna be an indian in the mud apparently haha im excited to do somthing out of my box.

 

also my friend and photog alfred J barerra is moving here from florida wed! were gonna start shooting once a week.. muses .

ive been moving and now moving some more.. i decided I want to live with my girl friend steph. so were moving in two weeks to a two bedroom apt.. and i am trying to plan the color of each room. my room pink or fushia..the bathroom purple? kitchen orange or red.. and living room lime green haha. should look nice once its all done.this is my cute roomate steph.

 

 

Im trying to get back into my modeling career i feel like ive taken a break for a long time and need to get back into it. I have a shoot friday for my new t shirt design its gonna be rad thats all i have to say,really rad. Im looking at a new apartment this weekend.. im really excited it huge and right by my work..i think the boyfriend is coming along with me..i just want my pink barbie apartment already.i went and started looking at furniture from the arts and crafts store thats all stripped so i can just spray paint all of it pink.cheep and smart.

Im so tired right now . somebody shoot me. I havnt updated in a while so i thought i should..

Ive been going to mac basic training the past few days.. at the new mac Pro in the city.. its so nice..theres a photo studio library computer area and a classroom . its sick.Me paying attention in class well trying..feels like high school again..weird.

I was at bretts for a few nights getting my hair cut.. im not use to it yet..its so short to me considering i had long ass hair for years. I was so use to it.. oh well i needed a change.Ugly said i cant change my hair color for a year since thats how long my contract is. but i can cut it whatever ect.so its all good.

I have my first casting call friday im so nervous.. well see how it goes.

I've been hanging out with lana and talking to her recently shes such a sweet girl.

I picked a few songs ultra violet made for me..so now they have to start tweaking them..and sending them to me to see how i feel about them and see what else needs to be changed.

it was a corporate party,everyone was in suit and ties drinking martinis at 6 pm. I stood out like a sore thumb. haha






we went to 7a after and i ate so much nachos!yum this girl we were with made a huge scene getting a table for us.. really weird.after that we went to some party i was bored out of my mind.. i wanted to shoot myself in the head. but we met up with scarlet shes so pretty. I wont forget what she said about me to my boyfriend.."the wrath of Raquel is legendary" I love it. Most people would take that as a insult but its weird that i take that as a complimet.

I signed My contract with ugly talent today.. im really excited to have a manager to deal with everything for me..and have a booking agency behind me.. im really excited!got 20 hour work weeks at mac too i get a pin and everything hahah..it's official.

Today felt so good.It was so warm out I sat outside just watching the grass and bee's for about 40 minutes.. it was so relaxing.For once everything feels a little more content. Im saving for an apatment closer to the city.. thats my spring goal right now.

bamboozle is coming up im not sure if im doing both dates in nj.. i hope so.. i might have to work at mac that saturday. wah.
but ill be doing a signing for about 2 hours both days as of now..cant wait to meet some of you guys .

Im eally excited its an alt agency that does commercial work and print.and it would be a year long contract. awsome!


I cant wait till the semi precious weapons shoot come out in a few weeks.

My birthday party was so fun.. hung out with brett kendra,lana,zui,jimi,and all my friends and danced at a gay bar all night.jimi pee'd in a plant in the corner of the room 3 times.classy. almost got in a fight about 3 times..some asshole guys dissrespecting my girl friends..but all in all it was one of the best nighst having all my friends in one room.

yayy im officially 20 years old.. so weird to think im not a teenager anymore. im kinda sad about this fact.20 is such a crappy age.. i wish i was turning 21 at least haha.

 

Im spending my time rhinstoning my new phone right now...and doing my hair for my birthday weekend. Im gonna go to dinner tomorrow night..and maybe get tattooed..or set up the appointment at least. thats' all i really wanted for my birthday.

 

My party isnt until saturday.. with cazwell and amanda..my party is at the most homosexual club in the city.. i love it.sarah flew in i cant wait to see her.. and i think zui is coming to hang out and of course brett . should be fun.. I dont even know what else is gonna happen this weekend.. should be crazyness!

 

amanda got me this teal dior fur shawl..so sick!.

I need to go get my nails done tomorrow.. im thinking the tips gold...wtf am i gonna wear to my party..maybe that pink poofy dress. who knows.

I have an appointment monday for a meeting with a talent agency. Im really nervous.eeek
